Fees & Approach

We discuss the scope of each engagement and the proposed fee arrangement at the outset. Depending on the matter, we may work on an hourly or fixed-fee basis.

M&A, investor-side representations, and cross-border transactions are scoped and priced individually. The fee depends on the nature and complexity of the matter and the firm's role. We are happy to discuss your matter and provide an estimate before you engage us.

Third-party costs — filing fees, registered agent fees, and similar charges — are separate and passed through at cost.
