Ramsey Taylor has practiced as a business lawyer for more than 20 years, in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He worked at large firms, small boutique firms, an energy company, and two start-ups - including one back during the original dot com revolution. He has handled almost every aspect of the business and contracting cycle and has supported shareholders, Boards and management. Ramsey obtained his Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary in 1996 and a Masters in Laws in Taxation from New York University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington D.C. He has lived and practiced law in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Ramsey supports Cavalier Rescue USA by fostering rescue dogs and donating 1% of all firm profits to the organization (you can donate at the bottom of the page). In his free time Ramsey reads lots of Science Fiction and can be found with his two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in Central Park.
Joe Waala, an experienced business attorney, has broad and deep expertise in M&A, energy transactions and other commercial matters. He currently advises startups and mature businesses across industries, and has negotiated and documented countless commercial agreements. He focused on tax and corporate law and later commercial transactions at large, international law firms such as BakerHostetler and King & Spalding, before working in-house for two publicly-traded, Fortune 500 energy companies and later starting his own firm. He brings a wealth of experience representing businesses in strategic matters and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
Joe is an honors graduate of both Georgetown Law and Brockport College, and is admitted to practice law in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. He gives back to the community by providing pro bono legal services through Philly VIP and volunteering through other aid organizations. When Joe is not working, you can usually find him traveling, exploring Philly, biking, and watching his beloved Eagles lose football games.

Taneem Kabir is a versatile attorney with a varied background in civil litigation, technology, and intellectual property.
Taneem previously served as a Data Analytics Manager of a program associated with the USPTO, in which he worked with inventors, reviewers, and the general public to facilitate a high quality patent prosecution system. For a number of years he also represented clients in medical malpractice, products liability, and intellectual property matters. He has successfully handled cases involving clients ranging from individuals to large international corporations.
Taneem has over a decade of experience setting up business structures, guiding entrepreneurs in overcoming administrative and legal hurdles, and advising clients on various transactional and litigation matters.
